Manage your business accounts with Business View
Directions Credit Union offers an online and mobile platform - Business View - for our business members. This platform allows you to better manage your business accounts with the following features:
- Setting Account Roles - You can set up multiple roles in your business account for you and your staff to have better control and correct access to your business accounts. These roles include:
- Admin - Total access to every feature
- Transactor - access to transfers, ACH, and cards
- View Only - access to only view accounts and balances
- RDC (Remote Deposit Capture) - access to only our Remote Deposit feature, which only allows access to remote deposits to the account - no view of balances or transactions
- Entity Switcher – allows you to switch between viewing multiple Directions’ business accounts and personal accounts
- ACH – allows you to set up withdrawals and deposits between your business account and both internal and external accounts
You may not need these extra features for your business needs. You can continue to use our existing online/mobile platform you are using now. To help you decide what is best for you, we offer the following resources that help explain how to enroll in Business View and an overview of some of the additional options available to you and how to use them.
